How much is delivery?
We ship our products worldwide. Delivery within Australia is free (excluding large/bulk shipments). Delivery fees for express or international postage will be calculated at checkout.
Charged delivery fees will vary, dependant on your location.

How can I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent once your item/s have been shipped. You can track your shipment with Australia Post.

How soon will I receive my order?
We will ship your item within 3 business days. You can select paid express shipping at checkout if you require the items quickly. However, current supply chain issues may cause some freight delays which are beyond our control.

Can I exchange or return items?
We allow exchanges for products which are unopened and in new condition. Please contact us at sales@glimmerco.co.au.

Damaged or faulty products
Hand poured soy candles may have ripples, frosting and minor flaws, however this will not affect its performance. Refunds will only be provided if the product received is damaged or faulty and photographic evidence will be required. It is at our discretion if a refund will be provided. If approved, a refund will be processed via the orginial payment method within 7 days.
