Return and Exchange Policy

Glimmer Co takes customer satisfaction seriously and will act in good faith and fairly to resolve any customer concerns. It is important to us that customers are happy with our products and quality.


Returns and exchange of products are at the discretion of glimmer co.


Damaged or faulty items may be returned for a refund. The customer will be require to provide photographic evidence of the damage to sales@glimmerco.com.au for a decision to be determined, prior to returning the goods. Where deemed valid and accepted, glimmer co will provide a full refund to customer via the same payment method. Refunds will not be processed as cash or alternative methods.


Exchanges will only be provided if the goods have been returned in new condition, un-opened, un-damaged and in the original packaging. glimmer co must provide authorisation to the customer before products can be exchanged. Customers must contact glimmer co at sales@glimmerco.com.au for approval to exchange the product, prior to returning the goods.


The customer authorises glimmer co to contact them by phone to discuss the request for refund or exchange if required.
